Advanced fire safety

ASTEK technologies, developed for the commercial aviation
industry, are used in the LMP1 Sports Prototype to
prevent and suppress fire. Using innovative fuel storage
and handling systems, a blanket of inert nitrogen covers
the fuel in the fuel storage tank. |
